Our neighborhood has a Catfish Rodeo every April to reduce the number of invasive catfish in our lakes. Neighbors camp all night & fish and the next day volunteers clean & cook them! Everyone brings a dish to share & we all look forward to it! This is a picture of my husband & youngest daughter the very first year we got to participate!
