The best adventure was when my dad (actually step-dad) agreed to walk me down the isle and give me away at my wedding. I never had much of a father growing up and was a rebellious teen when Dan came into my moms life. He helped me get on the right track and always backed me up when I need the support. My daughter who is now 7 years old has no idea that Dan is not my real dad because in my eyes he is. It takes a special man to raise a child that isn’t his and this one is the best man!!
