My dad my husband and I went on a weekend trip to Antonito,CO. We ended up fishing sun up to sun down the 3 days we were there we caught a few fish but not big ones. My dad hooked a hog of a trout. After struggling with him he called to me and my husband to help wrangle him in the net. We spent about 45 minutes trying to catch this monster. After a failed attempt the fish got off and swam away. We kept fishing my husband hooked a big one we all came together to try and help him net. My husband went to pick him up and get a good picture he was about a 12 lb rainbow. He began to unhook his fly and found my dads fly in the lip a size 20 rainbow warrior. We all were in shock. The two fly trout is in that river. It was one of the best times I have had and my dad is still upset that fish is the one that got away.
