My dad sparked my love for fishing when I was a little boy. We would go fishing with my grandpa off Cape Cod, MA for stripers and blues. The first day they would let me reel every fish in because they knew I would sleep the entire next two days. As I’ve gotten older I realize how much those moments on the water with my dad mean to me and I appreciate them even more. These pictures are from our trip last year fishing the South Holston River in TN to celebrate a milestone birthday for my dad. We had a great time catching fish and re-connecting while on the water. Now I’m a dad and can’t wait for my dad and me to teach my son to fish.
