My father is good man, Great father and an amazing grandfather. He served his country for twenty years and our family moved many times over that twenty years. One of those moves was to Turkey. While many families never left the base, my father took us on trips to see the countryside, coast and mountains of Turkey. On those trips we saw Roman ruins, beautiful mosaics covered by dirt in farmers gardens and had tea with nomads in their tents.
