Continental Divide -Milner Pass, CO

My Dad taught my two sisters and I how to down hill ski by skiing backwards down the bunny hill while holding the tips of our skies. When I got my confidence he let go and Ski by my side watching and encouraging. When I fell he ski up to me and coach we back up on my ski sometimes needing a helping hand and we start the snow dance all over. Dad skiing backward holding the tips of my skies and then sliding away to the side. I had some amazing ski runs with Dad over the years Stratton Mt VT, Snow Shoe WVA, Copper Mountain CO., Breckenridge, CO., and Keystone, CO ( where Dad celebrated 25 years of ski instructing – his retirement job ).
