My dad and I made plans to travel to Ennis, Montana for Fathers Day. First time for each of us to visit Montana and fish the Madison. We had big plans to fish daily. Unfortunately, the Madison was extremely high do to the Yellowstone run off. It was pretty much un-fishable so instead of fishing 5- days we fished 3-hours. Extremely disappointing to say the least when my dad brought all his Orvis fishing gear across country from Pittsburgh, PA. In this picture he has on his Orvis hat. Oh well , to get caught up in a situation that occurs once in every 500 years (that’s my dads luck) what can I say. I enjoyed all the free time spending it with my dad. We did see the Orvis shop in Ennis.
