On Top of the Americas
My dad passed away almost 20 years ago. Among the many invaluable things he left me with was a passion for the outdoors and fishing. It is thanks to him that I love fly fishing so much. This picture was on top of Mt. Aconcagua (6960 m.a.s.l) in Mendoza, Argentina, the tallest mountain in the Western Hemisphere. He reached the top in 1991 after a 15 days expedition. It was one of his proudest moments.
