Every year for the past 15 years our family has gone to Northstar Village in Truckee, CA for Christmas. We look forward to having quality family time. We snowboard during the day and play games in the room at night after dinner. One of my favorite memories was the year just me and my dad went Fly Fishing together on the Little Truckee river. It was just the two of us alone in this beautiful canyon fishing side by side. We didn’t talk much, but what we shared was so much more powerful than words can express. When the weather allows, we try to go every year back to that very special spot along the Little Truckee.
