Sleepover at the summit
My Dad and I climbed Mt. Coness in 2001. It started out as any multi-pitch climb just before sunrise. The first several pitches went without a hitch. Then it started getting later and later and we realized the Topographic map we were using was missing a section. So instead of being back at camp at sunset we were at the summit with nothing more than what we climbed with. We spent the night on the summit and blazed back to camp at first light. One of the coolest bonding moments with my dad for sure!
