Craziest fishing trip I’ve been on. My dad and I flew into Boise Idaho, then drove two hours into the mountains, taking these switchback roads to reach Stanley, Idaho. The next morning, we were flown by a little Cessna deeper into the mountains to the top of the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. We spent the next 5 days, completely off the grid, fishing for Cutthroat Trout in these McKenzie Boats. The fishing was incredible, the scenery was breath taking, and the fellowship with my father… Priceless. This trip, other than the birth of my son, is my most treasured memory. Can’t wait for the next trip!
