My dad, who passed on two years ago, was my biggest unconditional fan and supporter. In this picture I had just completed our annual ride from San Francisco to Santa Barbara. He dutifully drove along as I pedaled down the coast…spending hours leap frogging me at 10 mile intervals, supplying me with food, water and love. He was always down to jump in on my adventures teaching me, as a father today, the most important quality of being a father is your presence. I will forever remember and keep close to my heart, how he gratuitously and eagerly supported me in my adventurous endeavors. Happy Fathers Day Dad!!
