This year, I’ve been lucky to have the opportunity to fish a lot with my dad. We took an epic trip to Chile earlier this year and have been fishing some in NC (where this photo was taken). I’m just starting to learn, but my dad has been an incredible, and patient teacher. Always right behind me – ready with the net or a massive stick to help me get my line out of a tree (ha!). This is my favorite picture because when I caught and reeled this fish in we just couldn’t stop laughing. The fight, the size, getting it into the net…it was fun. But mostly, it’s the adventure of it all together for me. Shoutout to my amazing dad and all the girl dads out there!
