Checked off the most iconic part of the Appalachian trail as a bucket list post retirement with my dad at 70 years old on May 18,2022 with my springer spaniel Honey in tow. It was over 8 miles in length and over 1,200 ft of elevation and a special moment on the summit as my dad brought my youth soccer flag to the top of which he used to coach as celebration. Love you dad !
