We had both become recently single and rather than spending the approaching Christmas holiday moping around alone, he living in SC and I in CO, my Dad jumped on a plane to visit and we refilled our hearts with love and adventure. His first time skiing, my first time snowmobiling, and a few days of fly fishing on the Miracle Mile in WY was a moment in time I will never forget.
